Arthum Wealth Services ("Arthum", "we", "us", "our") is the practice of Utkarsh Agrawal, an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor based in India. This privacy policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

• Contact details you submit via our website forms: name, email, phone, message, area of interest.
• KYC and onboarding information when you choose to invest through us: PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, address proof, photograph and other documents as required by SEBI / AMFI / RBI / IRDAI regulations.
• Financial information you share for portfolio planning: income, existing investments, goals, risk profile.
• Technical data automatically collected when you browse: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and referring URL. We use Vercel Web Analytics (aggregate, cookieless) and Google Analytics 4, which sets first-party cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to measure site usage and improve our content.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
• To process mutual fund, insurance, NPS, FD and loan transactions through AMCs, insurers and lenders.
• To send periodic portfolio reviews, statements and relevant updates.
• To comply with KYC, AML and other regulatory obligations.

Sharing with third parties

We share your information only with:

• Asset Management Companies (AMCs), insurance providers, NPS intermediaries and lenders, strictly to execute transactions you authorise.
• Regulators (SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI, RBI, Income Tax) where required by law.
• Technology partners (e.g., AssetPlus, Formspree, Vercel, Google Analytics) under standard data-processing terms. Note that Google Analytics may process data on servers located outside India.

We never sell your data. We do not share it for marketing by third parties.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. KYC documents are stored on regulated partner platforms with industry-standard encryption.

Your rights

• You can request access to your personal data we hold.
• You can request correction or deletion of your data, subject to regulatory retention requirements.
• You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses two analytics tools:

• Vercel Web Analytics — cookieless, aggregate page-view and visitor metrics.
• Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-2DSZ3GHMD2) — sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to measure site traffic, sessions and content performance. IP addresses are processed in truncated form by Google.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, by blocking cookies for this site in your browser settings, or by enabling "Do Not Track" / a tracker-blocking extension. We do not use these cookies for advertising or for cross-site tracking.
